Incorporated,
constituted, member-governed.
The Aeromedical Society of Australasia is incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, and operates according to its rules of incorporation. Its certificate of incorporation records the change of name from ISAS Australasia in September 2010.
Every member has a voice under those rules. Private members hold one full vote at the Annual General Meeting; aeromedical organisation and corporate members each hold one full vote through a nominated representative. Life membership is conferred by the committee on a nomination from any member, under section 4(6) of the rules.
A vote at the AGM
comes with membership.
Join the Society to take part in its Annual General Meeting and help set its direction.
